This Automatic Renewal Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is entered into between V Social Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore and the operator of Moko Live (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), and shall become effective as of the Effective Date.
1. Renewal Service
The User agrees and authorizes the Service Provider to automatically renew the subscription upon the expiration of each service period, based on the service package chosen by the User, in order to continue providing the service. The subscription is renewed at the price shown at the time of renewal and charged through the User's Google Play or Apple App Store account.
2. Renewal Notice
Before a renewal, the User will be informed of the renewal fee and renewal date through the app store or the app, in accordance with the rules of the relevant app store. It is the User's responsibility to review such notices.
3. Cancellation of Renewal
The User may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the end of the current service period through the subscription management of their Google Play or Apple App Store account. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, the membership remains valid until the end of the current period and will not be renewed.
4. Changes and Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement, and the modified Agreement shall take effect upon publication. Users should regularly review this Agreement for any changes. Continued use of the service shall be deemed acceptance of the modified Agreement.
5. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Service Provider regarding the automatic renewal service, and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements. The interpretation, execution, and resolution of disputes of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights the User has under the laws of their place of residence. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified in accordance with applicable law, while the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
